Jackson Hole Advisors (JHA) is now in its eleventh year of business and with its predecessor firm and senior management now entering into its thirty-eighth year in the market management business. JHA provides the strategic/analytical and advisory guidance to publicly traded companies to improve client market valuation. Over the years we have worked with hundreds of public companies from micro caps NASDAQ firms to large cap NYSE companies. Jackson Hole Advisors provides services for a small group of companies allowing us to fully understand our client's needs. We provide everything from our proprietary market intelligence system and strategic guidance to the total restructuring and rebuilding of a companies equity base. The fully developed relationships that we have created with our clients allow us the insight to provide the strategies and guidance to accomplish their market goals. Our philosophy is if we know our clients business and capital plan and the projected timing of the execution of that plan, Jackson Hole Advisors can create a market strategy that maximizes the client's market valuation.

Jackson Hole Advisors is a "boutique" firm located just outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming with our market intelligence and analytical services located in Portland, Oregon. JHA provides three levels of service more fully detailed in the company services. In addition to our basic services, we provide our clients guidance in working with investment banks in the analysis and structure of Initial Public Offerings, Secondary Offerings, Equity/Debt instruments, Convertibles, Acquisitions/Mergers and Spin Offs. Additionally, if our client does not have an existing relationship with an investment bank JHA will research and find the appropriate bank(s) that will meet the client's needs.
